I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and psychotherapist with the goal to raise awareness around mental health and overall wellbeing. I developed Think Big Feel Good to help others transition to healthy thinking and maintain their emotional health. This blog is a space where I share applicable tips, tools and behavior shifts I’ve picked up through my education, experience and research, both in my practice and in my life.
In my therapy practice, I use a direct and driven approach, focusing on goal-based counseling to empower clients to create change in their own lives. We discuss what success means, how to approach the notion of balance and ways to address past traumas to uncover the foundation of what’s causing hiccups in living a healthy and positive life. Think of me as a cross between a therapist and a coach — it’s my goal to provide emotional support and actionable guidance to my clients and readers.
And, to live a meaningful life, it’s important to find healing from pain, and to find ways to feel encouraged and motivated to pursue joy and authenticity, even on crazy, busy, stressful and sad days. I plan to foster the same open, safe and understanding environment on this website as I do in my practice to encourage readers to face their challenges, take courageous steps toward health and pursue a full, purpose-driven life. I hope you feel greater clarity, balance and emotional freedom when you visit Think Big Feel Good.
